Carl was a PhD student at the Department of Economics at UCL. He received his MSc in Economics from UCL in 2018 and holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford (Pembroke College, 2017).

His main research interests are in Labour Economics, Public Economics, and Policy Evaluation.

He joined CReAM in September 2018.
